Change Log – 2012-05-04
These new changes have been applied on the creation-documents. Keep an tight eye on your characters.
First off is the former change which had been forgotten;
Hannje’s Speciality Skills
Acting
Rhetoric (New)
The reason for Rhetoric is twofold.
One, it’s the only skill even remote to what they do. They are actors who can bind people with words and make a story alive with words and/or music.
Two, it actually makes some sense. Hannjism is all about manipulating sounds and all reverberations are used for this. I will include more of this in-game. Nothing deep, just a simple explanation. Nothing even close to the back-lore from Magicka Triquerta/Mage Trio.
And so we go on the relevant changes, I will only comment after, this is short log-form of what I’ve changed;
VALIDATION

Properties VL – Rised property costs. 84-129 = 6 CP/VL, 130+ = 9 CP/VL
Skill Levels – Favoured LvLs now Cost 15 instead of 10 CP/LvL
Abilities – 50% CP less cost of the Perk as well as the National Ability

WIT and CP is all updated
All Class Lores are finished and updated
I have marked all Proficiencies you CAN’T have under this period with a comment on Other
Added more affinities; Instrument, Speciality, Race
Abilities

New rules for Abilities have been added.
– You can ONLY buy as many abilities as you have APT (LvL) when creating a character (This includes Racial Perk and National Ability)
– You must heed the requirements
– If you have too many of the same type of abilities, you might gain an passive penalty such as an negative TM or lowered BC
Other than that I encourage you to buy abilities and use them freely. Most of them are strictly rule based and have no in-game grounds or reasoning.
I recommend for you to buy your racial and national abilities in first hand since they will cost you 50% less than buying others. And I have made the costs so they would be manageable for the races/nations it concerns not to others. So for them it will be more of a sacrifice to buy.
Added so there now are 24 national abilities (two to each nation) and 16 racial abilities (2 to each race).
Shuffled about and changed places on old abilities so they have an other affinity. I would say if you bought an ability, do it again since I will have erased all your choices if you made your character before the update.
