To sell a home…

I’ve been denied money from Soc.

This is mainly because I answered one thing a little bit wrongly when I was there, I was sick and didn’t think properly. It’s about my work plans and such. I’ve revised stuff and I’m going back. I also noted that I I’ve missed a minor detail when I fixed so the apartment wasn’t mine so unless I establish a contract with my father, I still own it. No matter how the bank regards things.

This have made me to finally decide to sell my apartment. I’ve been thinking of this on and of since last year and this have made me decide that I will move. Either before or after Japan I’ll sell my apartment and move into a new one. Preferrably a bigger place where I can easier isolate my sensitive equippment from my cats hence giving them more freedom and me less to worry about.

From the preliminary looks of it it might be Hertsön or Örnäset. I’m most interested in Bergviken or Örnnäset but I think I prefer Bergviken. Even so it’s to early to say since it changes quite quickly on that front and I’m not even close to be able to sign up on a new apartment yet.

Well, this will be my last, and fourth, year with my apartment at Burströmska.

Best regards,
Herid Fel

Too bad I found this place pretty likeable, and it seemed to be “pretty” close to everyone else in the group. I myself will probably move sometime after Japan, dunno where yet, was thinking of maybe go crazy and try to get one of the new apartments on Lulsundet, but they are so goddamn expensive in rent or will be from what ive read.

Well, I’ve liked my apartment quite much but ever since I got cats and then Robert moved I’ve been wanting to change things one way or another.

First cats, then this very annoying bastard with his motorcycle, then smoke indoors and just in general that I think I need more space to have a better order. And also, quite importantly, they’ve raised my rent every fucking year with around 200 SEK, so now it’s no longer the cheapest apartments in Luleå. This annoys me…
