ADS coming to an end…

Today we played ADS again for the first time in several weeks – or at least so it felt.

And I must say I’ve lost a lot of motivation for this campaign. There are four-ish sessions left plus the epilogue session but I’ve decided to speed things up so there are only two. In the writing moment I’ve even decided to only have one session to sum up the end with so we can move on.

Anyhow ADS have been a fairly good campaign and the first run was very needed. I know now of some things that need modification and update and I can say that everyone in the group (all three of them =P) have earned to play a Xin’Ar with a free Racial. And since we have decided to play a campaign after this I will allow their next character after the campaign to have this opportunity. But the offer will not stand forever. But then again we need to pull RPG out of the pit we’re currently in before that can happen anyway.

Well, Ronald has developed pretty good. The last final change with Ronald will come in the next part. I’ve also decided how his base crew will look like in the next chapter. Ronald will be Captain, Xia’Lel will be a body guard and also the one who will deal mostly with dark powers and the protection and tactics against this. Demius will be the Second in command and the one who will administer the boat and run mostly of the important stuff. Plus he will most likely be the strategic officer and highest voice on the boat since Ronald will be a little indecisive and distant.

Ghan Hammershield will be the Ships first level immortal and magical Brawn. He will be explosive, powerful, hard to knock out and defeat but he will also be half/half unreliable and strange. Damaged you might say. The ship will also have the Dark Panther Pahima (she will change her name from Panthera). Other than that the surviving people from the original ship will be deckhands. Well, well…

Next time I think I will make more static routes. And involve more of Xin society. I will also make two distinct different campaigns for A Dark Sea. One revolving mostly around the Xin’Ar like this and the other mostly revolving around the Xin’Er. So one can get a better understanding about the differences and the personality and history about both races. Even though they are alive, they are not the same.
