One dropout and one new
After the session yesterday with PB and Junior Boy, Junior decided to drop out of ADS for several reasons. I though intended to add to the group dynamics by trying to recruit a new player at Iocus, which I have managed to do today.
Well, I was lucky that Tocke had the time and was willing to join because otherwise it would have been hard to add a new player with such a short notice. Now we’ll only be three players but three players should suffice for this even though it would have been better with more. In this case though I guess that only two players from the ordinary group had the time and interest to play this.
I’m not sure if I’ll “unlock” the Xins to all players to play after this but we’ll see. That is if the players succeed on the first try that is. My idea is to make the campaign possible for replay and not too hard and interesting enough to do so. It should be a challenge but it shall also be a fun not too long thing to do. The important part of this campaign though is to introduce Exile and the Xin so you get the basic understanding of the people and their history. To get the more extensive part you’ll have to play them and go in deeper.
Well, I think that Tocke will bring some new dynamics to the group and balance it somewhat in both player personalities as well as character conceptualities. One funny thing I find now though is that nobody is playing a Human except for Ronald. This is very funny and interesting since this will bring me some fun opportunities.
Note that the campaign is not well planned. I have the general idea in my head and I have some high and low points. The campaign is meant to be of a more humorous character and also somewhat erratic. I will plan somewhat but mostly just try to outline everything as it goes. We’ll probably start this Wednesday, the first session is then at least, but we’ll see what happens and also try to take things as they come. Hopefully we’ll be able to keep this campaign short, fun, and easy-going as well as insightful and interesting.
Best Regards,
Herid Fel
Looking forward to this, hope all goes well.
Good to hear!
Yes, I hope so too. Right now I feel like it will go really well, hope the feeling will still be with us on Wednesday. If we’re all in a good mood and everything is ready and so on, then I think this will go great!
