Bathing Two Kittens

Yes, today I had to do it again. Well, this time mostly because Lillen was stinking from his diarrhoea and while fighting with Junior they both have started to smell badly.

Well, first off was Junior, I thought he would handle it well but I was wrong. He actually took it worse than last time. His screams were higher and even though it only took a few moments he was panicking before I was half done. Well, when it all was over he settled down in the towels at least and then it was Lillens turn.

Lillen though didn’t react much at all. I put him down in the water and he just stood there at first, shaking his paws but when realising the water didn’t go away he started to sniff around and before he knew it, we were finished. He didn’t even scream or meow only lick my fingers and turning around in the towels. He, unlike Junior, didn’t want to be still when I was drying him. And also unlike Junior he didn’t give me any claw marks in panic, hehe.

Well, I like my two kittens. They are fun and different which is good. One of the best things though is that I don’t need to entertain Junior all the time when he is bored now. Now they entertain each other and every now and then come to me to play or just take a nap in my lap or have me pat and scratch them.
