The End of the LAN

So now it’s over, finished, ended, terminated…

And I must say it has been a pleasant two days, even though it doesn’t feel like it. Even tough I myself haven’t played too much games it has been most entertaining to sit together and play and do stuff like we’ve done.

Well, the backside tough of this is that it drains energy as hell, and even tough I’ve gotten a good amount of sleep I’m still somewhat tired mentally – drained. Not to mention that I have rubble everywhere and a lot of dishes and other stuff to clean up after the event. But well, I will probably do this tomorrow, so Friday won’t have a session most likely when I will spend most of this day to clean and rest a little by my self.

Yesterday I got a surprise visit from Nils – the former ten year old, now eleven year old – son to those whom I’ve lived with when was in Umeå. He actually told me in an reply to the message I sent him about a birthday present that he would come down here, I only tought tough that he would come by Monday and not Wednesday. It was fun anyway even tough it was a little hasty and not as well prepared as I would have liked.

Well, well… it’s been fun as mentioned and I hope we might be able to do this again or something similar. Even tough the role-playing suffers from it; it’s something which I enjoyed. After all, role-playing is mostly a hobby and being social and be with those you like is something which is far more important and fun.
