Just a Status Report

Shigoto, shigoto! Well, I must admit… I have an addiction and it’s real, really real. Though it’s not as typical as other addictions, I can stop whenever I want… really. If I wanted… but I don’t okay. OKAY! LET ME BE! DO NOT BOTHER ME YOU LITTLE!

Hehe, well my addiction is to the usual kind, caffeine which is actually only to my creativity. Last week I consumed (with a little help from Drak) about two boards of Energy Drinks, which is about 48, and if we say that Drak took about half of the last one (even though I think he only took about 4 of them, I would have drunk about 36 Energy drinks in less than five days. This is a horrible amount and the effects I notice is that I drank mostly to get my creativity working. I’ve been drinking every time I was working or writing on something.

Well, it’s not a real addiction really, since it’s easily overcome and I don’t get sick by trying to quit with it either. But well, it’s also an addiction I gladly accept since it brings me really good ideas and the energy to express them fairly well.

Well, as you will see on Thursday I have refurnished my living room and put up a new thing that covers quite a bit of my living room. Tomorrow I’ll buy a new table to my couches. Know that it will be of glass and I DO NOT WANT IT BROKEN! I will kill the people who do anything I don’t want to happen to that table. If I will feel too uneasy with you there I will probably ban people from my living room while the table is there and move it when I plan to use the living room. And yes, I do not have a lot of faith in other human beings but that’s only because I am cynic and stingy. I buy the table for me to have a comfortable area to use not for people to destroy and abuse. So please respect this or all fun evenings at my place might have an abrupt end or I need to relocate it every time we’re going to have any activity in my place.

I’ve finished about half of the table collections! This is pretty good news I think. The first page which is finished have the updated data on it of the most necessary things you need to know about stuff, the second page will have stuff we will put aside for a while until it’s finished like formations, stances, battle skills (which we will use the primary areas until it’s finished) and Dangerous Damage, which is a conversion of the minor, major and fatal stuff. They have been changed so they won’t occur all the time as before. I’ve also added a list for critical and catastrophe with some battle rolls. I’m planning to add yet another list with magical rolls but only if there’s space otherwise the more detailed tables will be in the rules connected to the skills relevant to the rolls.

Well, well… tomorrow I’ll write A Dark Life – 1×07 – Hunted, which might be a session with only two players since PB might be sick. But if I know him right, he will come just because of the fact that I won’t postpone the session. The reason to why I don’t do this is because with the statement that you wouldn’t continue with these characters made me drop priority on them like instantly. Therefore I changed my mindset over this campaign from a regular set of characters with a starter campaign to a walk-through campaign where you mostly experience the events and learn about the vampire society and workings. And right now there’s mostly story left of the campaign.

You know most of the society right now. The only thing that is left is to “graduate” and then to see it from another perspective (as adult vampires) and then a story to make it more interesting as you discover the society according to what you’ve learned the two first phases. This campaigns main goal were to give you the insights about how they work so if you wanted to play a vampire you would play them right and not just a half-version like most of the characters you try to play from cultures societies and stuff you don’t know a lot about.

Well, well… now bed, the time is almost 2 am and I need to keep my routine.
