KES – 2×01 – The Beginning of the End

Well, I kind of just thought that I should write something not to get too far behind on things. So this will probably be a pretty short post or something.

Right now it’s about half past one and I’m trying to relax and then I remembered that I hadn’t posted for a while. Well, mostly because I was busy whole day yesterday and today… most of the day.

This session went really well I think. I hadn’t much planned, I kind of hoped that you all would act on your instructions and directions and I just keep the setting and involve a few select events here and there.

We have some new NPCs it seems and the world seems to have grown to a chaotic gloomy place. But what can you expect from the prelude of the Apocalypse?

I don’t have much more to say right now other than I’m quite drained of power right now. It’s not just because of this long successful session but because I’ve not had too much time for myself lately and that I’ve caught something from my sister today.

Well, however, right now I have a vague plan about what will happen in this arc. I have three major, ground shaking twist events planned and if I’ve been reading your characters right and if you follow your profile as I think you will do there will be an exciting and somewhat hard arc ahead where we all need to put our abilities to the test.

Well, I hope you all had a good time and hope we can do this again. And no, I prefer NOT to do this on days when PB is working afterwards. That gives pressure and put stress on the performance and I do not want to cut before my planned ending on whole-day sessions. That will completely ruin my efforts.

So in other words it seems like we only have one more day possible for a whole-day session before the end of this arc. Right now, assuming that we will play on that whole-day and that things will go somewhat closely to what I think, I think there will be about 12-16 sessions more until the end depending on speed and initiative. But also survival… which won’t be an easy feat either… death will be almost imminent in every session for almost everyone I think… but not without a fight =).
