Daily Report – Tuesday 19/8 – 08

It’s funny how fast the days seem to go past you if you check the blog. One day you are up to date but before you know it you are falling behind again. Well, it has its reasons but it’s still a little funny how some days can pass faster than others. But well, this day have been all work no play… or wait… my work is play!!

Hehe, as yesterday me and David have spent the afternoon with creating his character and doing all the profiling stuff. He is soon ready to fling himself into the pre-sessions before he can actually start his sessions. He has yet to decide if he wants to play as quickly as possible with the “group” or if he wants some sessions for himself after the pre-sessions, like Ducky. I must admit that it seems like the player who needs and benefits the most from my profiling way of creating characters is David. Even though he needs a little coaxing he still makes the concepts that according to me have the best potential to become funny and flexible to almost all kind of game play.

The evening session went a little so-so. I think that the reason for this was mostly Foppas distracted behaviour and PB’s unserious babble. In the beginning of the session I had fairly good energy and will to play but even though I managed to keep my favoured pace up I felt how it towards the end wasn’t going that well anyway. I had to push it which is not good. Always poking around with the dices and the stones and never looking up towards the others around the table both when doing nothing as well as being the person in focus greatly disturbs the pace and the feeling when it’s only two players. I can’t tell you to be more enthusiastic but I can tell when you’re trying to get the feeling or if you’re just trying to entertain yourself…

Well, however it seems like it won’t be any sessions for a while now when PB’s going to Jokkmokk to bore himself to death with the Legion of Boredom. Not that it matters to me, it might be good for him doing nothing somewhere else for a change and while he’s there Foppa might be able to get into the mood of anything. So for David and Ankan this is quite good when they during the coming week only have each other to compete with sessions during those days I’m available and have the will to play. Just remember that I sometimes need time to recharge, so to speak, so I have the energy and the plans how to continue.

The plan was to start at the university again the first of September but I’ve changed my mind. The course I was supposed to take will cost me about 3k SEK… which is too much for me right now. I will take another course instead just to have points enough to get my money. I’ve also started to apply for short jobs, like substitute stuff. I know I hate jobs and won’t be able to keep it most likely if it’s not in a store but I need some money so I guess I will just have to do what I can or something. But well, there is many ways to get money in this world =).

I don’t like the newest update for the event calendar that obviously changed both calendars to some hideous version. I will wait just for a while hoping they will solve this with a new update soon or I’ll degrade the update to the previous that looked so much better. I do want some kind of style on my blog at least.

Check-up… I think I will try to call them Thursday and see if I can get a time that day. But I’m not sure. Today I’ve walked around feeling very light headed almost floating not to mention… other bleeding stuff. But maybe I’ll wait until it disappears. Who knows?
