Daily Report – Friday 20/6 – 08

Well, it’s easy going here. No rush nope. I woke up pretty early and lay there for a while before I picked up my computer and started doing some minor things like writing. Zaphod’s room is pretty annoying if you really want to sleep. To begin with her computer have make such a high noise that it actually could wake up the dead. But that kind of noise is actually pretty easy to filter out, especially if you only plan to sleep about four hours. The second thing that I’m just not used to is to sleep with windows without any blinds. But despite of this, I always manage to sleep if I’m not sick…

But sleeping with these things make me even more easily to wake up, when I’m a light sleeper already. Not like that matter anyway, I slept on the couch and it wasn’t as comfortable like my couch but it was comfortable enough. Well, over to the day then.

What should I say? It took some while before we actually did anything. When Manga and Zaphod actually got up we went to Kvantum1 to buy some breakfast. And during breakfast and until afternoon or something like that we played Wii and just hanged around the apartment.

After that we went to see the horse Camilla’s riding sometimes. We went there and gave him some bananas, bread and Camilla checked him up a little. Actually I don’t have too much to say about this other than he looked pretty good for being a horse. Muscular, well portioned and he seemed pretty nice too, as a horse I mean. When I was around Matilda’s horse it seemed more aggressive than this horse. Not to mention that this horse seemed better built than the horse Matilda had.

After this we went to a mountain nearby to see the celebration… well, lots of people crawling around in big crowds doing nothing interesting at all… Still this was a little nice, even though we tried to keep out of the crowds. The thing I found interesting with this was that the celebration were in and around pretty old houses, things that I still need to learn more about for role-playing purposes. As well as to watch people on these meaningless occasions to learn how people behave and how a thing like this arranged so I can arrange similar events during a session and have it seem more realistic and give it more life. Interesting how everything I see mostly gets tied to RPG in one way or another.

Well, sometime after this we went back to Camilla’s place where we hanged around for a bit before we decided to start going over to the place where we were going to be during the evening for a small party of some sort. On our way there we kind of picked up two people that lived nearby that were going too; their Sifu2 and his girlfriend Amanda. We were going to a girl named Emma, which as far as I can determine from my talks with Camilla is kind of her best friend. On our way there we dropped Camilla at her parent’s house where she was going to pick some things up or something.

The evening is quite long and some stuff happened so I won’t go into the details. I met some of the people Camilla hangs with and we had a barbeque. They had some free food and Camilla had made cake that was pretty good. Most of the evening we spent talking about everything between heaven and earth but later that evening we played rounders3 only to finish the evening with some more talking and playing indoors. We went home sometime around midnight when Camilla had a headache. When we got back we almost instantly went to bed. Though the TV was on for a while, Manga was watching some sci-fi live action of He-man. Horrible, if you ask me. He himself didn’t even stay awake so I shut down the TV around four when I realized that he was no longer watching.

Best regards,
