Day Off
I’m taking the day off for some certain reasons that you should be able to figure out yourself. If you can’t figure it out, then I think you shouldn’t even brother to think about it. Heh, here we have a kind of a dilemma, but well someone must give Foppa something to get worked up on. If you don’t know why you should try to reread my posts from the past few days and then think again, if you can’t figure it out then, then it’s of no interest to you, because it most likely is beyond your grasp anyway. As a warning for those who don’t like everything I write on the blog this post will be about today, RPG and nothing important.
If you are reading this then this warning is for you… or maybe not. I couldn’t resist the urge to insert a quote from Fight Club, so you’ll have to excuse me, hehe. However today I’ve been not doing anything special at all, so therefore I will tell you about my day as always, even though it will be pretty brief still it may help you to entertain yourself for about what… five minutes or something? Yeah, some people need something to do in just a couple of minutes, even though most get bored on text before that time if it’s not interesting enough. Like… Robert or someone that actually mostly just skips through most of the text snapping up a sentence here a word there, and read a part here and skip that part there… haha!
However, most of my morning I spent to Rouge Galaxy, which I now have finished, yeah, after about what… almost 50 hours of game-play. So how was the game? Was it worth it? Of course it was! I liked it even though the end was a little lame, now speaking of the end you play. It was nothing to complain about the story and so but the part you played in the end felt like many great RPG’s of the modern days; many bosses in a line after each other. However, the game in whole is very good. I liked it and I liked the concept of many characters and I liked that it wasn’t deadly serious too. It had some humorous theme over some things. It have a great a lot of things to do if you want to do things on the side. Like their bug-side plot; you can collect bugs, feed them and then have them to fight in an arena ala Pokémon. If you would grow tired of that you could hunt monsters throughout the galaxy or maybe just collect materials to create weapons and powerful things that you could have use of. I actually haven’t done any of these, other than hunt monsters. I’ve tried both of the things but I didn’t feel for it. But if I would have spent some more time in the factory to build things I would have had it easier to defeat the endless charade of bosses in the end. Even though the thing that made it a little annoying was that I had to play all the characters I’ve never played before…
Well enough about that, it’s worth playing even though I won’t play it anymore most likely. I will most likely take some things from the over epic story and implement it in a less epic way into the World of Nianze. You who have played it or will play it will have to figure out what I will adopt by yourself. I won’t tell you, you curious fools! Well going away from the Rouge Galaxy I went out to get some exercise which went well.
“Chew some valerianroot and get some exercise.”
Afterwards, I went to the city by bicycle. On my way there I met two people, one of the LBT1 it was Björn and my Father on his way home from work. I only greeted Björn but stayed and talked briefly with my father for about a minute or so. After that I went through the city to buy what I went there for. Actually I browsed for some stuff to buy to RPG first and then I met my old Philosophy teacher, which by the way have been Robert’s teacher too in History I think…, at Claes Ohlson. We exchanged a few words of a stereotypical character. Nothing about the weather tough =P.
WTF?! Nothing yet about RPG, think those who have opened this only to read about something-role-play-something… Yeah, the interest of my blog is humongous! Therefore I will skip RPG… or maybe not. This is my way of informing you about RPG even though it seems like some of my players don’t give this site any time at all. Some say that they will comment… and about two hundred hours later they still haven’t done even a single one of those all posts they’ve promised to post. Feel my disappointment… not that you care anyway, haha!
I haven’t said in a post yet I think but we will most likely play this Saturday in a group again. WHOA! You say, yeah I say. Sensible sentence there, not. But what do you care? I will go through all our shit, tomorrow and then again after the sessions on Thursday. I will most likely put pressure on the first session and give you really hard challenges. This is when we’ll see if this will be a catastrophe or not. However it must be done, otherwise things will turn back to normal, WHICH we DO NOT want.
As for the small group, they will most likely play. I repeat, most likely. There is still things that you and I need to do before I will give you a definite decision. If you think it through, I’ve told you what, I won’t repeat it so well…
That will be it for now. I need to eat something and then I’ll do something. Maybe RPG maybe PS2, maybe anime or something.
Best regards,
Herid Fel
