Issues

We all seem to have our issues, don’t we?

Well, some have issues with their psyche and mental understanding while others have a simple problem with lack of enthusiastic available players for a session of RPG. And then we got some with the issue to accept things for what they are and what have passed.

So we all got our issues, I myself just tries to meddle trough this mess of issues and help those I can. Those I can’t help, well… those first needs to realize and admit to themselves that they HAVE a problem and then come to the second breakpoint, trying to DEAL with it and not just accept the problem as an inseparable part of themselves.

So I think we can say that my issue is that others are having issues. Especially those I can’t help because of their lack of will to help themselves. How can I help someone who is constantly neglecting all help, and just tries to se everything in such a gloomy and dark way as possible? I mean, I’m the pessimist here, and still they just can’t se anything good in anything. Just complain, and state that their melancholies comments are facts.
Well, I’m a pessimist, but I don’t try to make things that aren’t bad look bad, that is just self-critical and self-pitying. And it’s hypocrisy, that’s what I think.

Why make things look worse than they are? I mean, this world is boring enough as it is, and bad enough as it is too, there is no NEED to make things worse by pretending things are worse. And if something is bad, well TRY to change it instead of just complaining, complaining and complaining even more. What do you hope to achieve with just a mere complaint? Well, you’ll achieve nothing with that, I’ll tell yah.

Well, the biggest issue of the day is role-playing. We lack of players for the moment in the big group and the small group seems to think they have problems just because they haven’t figured that just because they lost one opportunity to do something it will come more opportunities to do it. But well, they’ll have to learn that role-playing games are flexible. Even if they lose the most obvious and easiest way to solve the problem, the problem can be fixed in several other ways. It ain’t over until it’s over. If one gives up hope before the game is finished, the game will be lost even thou it’s not. Don’t give up until it’s absolutely too late.

That’s a lesson many need to learn. It’s no use in complaining if you just intend to complain and not do anything about it. The life isn’t fair, but it’s a hell of a lot better if you at least try to make it as fair as possible.
