The End of Celi

We are gathered here today to honor the death and end of our comrade, magician and friend Celivielin. A few characters have survived as long as Celi has, about 45 sessions after the first remake and about 12-20 sessions before that.
Now it’s time to put Celi behind us.

To shed some light over the end I will tell the end in a few lines.

Celi, Jayde and Leon were with one of the Noble Houses of Aguin on an expedition when they found a mystical crystal. After having lost the crystal a humongous black raven with razor-sharp teeth and regenerative abilities appeared killing some of the expedition.
The head of the house discovered, with the help of the group, that this beast was a demon spawn and that it needed to be defeated. During the fearsome battle, Celi tried to fly up and attack the beast and this was the beginning of her fateful end…

First she tried to do backstab it in the eye which succeeded. Celi then discovered that the crystal they had found were the thing that had caused the transformation of the Raven. But after this backstab she tried to flee but in vain, the raven cought up with her and dashed her down to earth…

To shed some light on what happened after this I will now tell you a little story from an unknown perspective. Note that most of this story is unknown to all players so I don’t want you to act on this.

When Celi hit the ground two explosions occurred, one of Ki and one Magical.
These explosions were the result of an release of the two entities that dwelled in Celivielin.

Celi was actually one very unnatural elf. She had been borne in the center of an magical and spiritual point that collided. This caused Celi to be born both with Magical Influence as well as a Ki Striker with Ki Aruhun. This is normally impossible, and that were what’s caused Celi’s early instability in reality.

It’s like putting two opposing pools of an magnet together, they naturally tries to reject one and other. This almost killed Celi, but she was fortunate and an Orc found her and helped her. From there you all know the story. Celi developed mystical powers due to this unique trait but as her two sides grew stronger, ki and magical, the corporal body almost couldn’t handle that much energy so it created two new entities within Celi.

So the explosion were the release of a magical and spiritual (ki) Taryll¹.

The leftover of this explosion were a body. This body had no memories, no knowledge and in some sense, no life. This was the life that were robbed of it’s existence when it were born on the wrong place on the wrong time…

So to make some things clear, the new Celi, isn’t Celi. Cause that the Tarylls’ name is Celi (Ki Taryll) and Vielin (Magic Taryll). What really happened to them is that they took all of Celis knowledge and gave her just a little as “rent” and then left her in the forest.
